I have gone through the AS3 and can make various animatns.. but i cannot embed this app. can somebody help????

If it's an "app" as in mobile (phone/tablet), you may need a subscription. If you plan to develop your app for iOS (iPhone/iPod/iPad) then you'll need an Apple Developer account ( http://developer.apple.com ). Otherwise for example if you have an Android (phone/tablet) you can create a temporary certificate. You need these certificates to install the app into a device for development testing and eventually finally deployment.

Aside that, you already have Flash Builder but limited knowledge of AS3. Learning AS3, game and app development all at the same time is a little ambitious. You might want to step back and learn AS3 first, dabble in some easier AIR applications, read up on game development techniques and then start again.

Otherwise if you really want to jump straight into it, I'd suggest you give up on the game you want to build and go through a Flash Builder game tutorial. By the end of it you'll have a basic grasp on enough of everything mentioned above to complete your own game. Here's an Adobe article to start you off (plenty more on Google):

You can certainly search Google or your favorite search engine to find many results for this. You'll have to have a look at them to see if they suit you and the type of game you're trying to develop.
