Cannot find the MP4 file that exported from Animation in my files

I have a student trying to export their animation to an MP4 file. After Media Encoder exports it, the student tries to find the MP4 file in the output location they chose, but it cannot be found. We tried exporting it again, but it still does not appear, only the original .fla file is there.

what's the output listed in ame? ie, don't render automatically when exporting from animate

Okay, now looking again at Media Encoder, the file we are trying to export is stuck on 'Ready' in Media Encoder. It is stuck in the queue. How do I get it to start encoding?
