Character animation and symbol keyframing problems

I am making a character animation in Animate CC.

I have done the lipsync. The head is a graphics symbol.

I now am animating the body (and is almost frame by frame animation)with the head following the body. So i am using the main timeline to animate the position of the head that goes along with the body animation. When tweaking the keyframes in the main timeline i am constantly telling animate CC to keep the "first" keyframe of the loop of the head in accordance with the animation of that symbol.

So when i move a keyframe from frame 12 to frame 13 and I want the "first" keyframe of the graphics symbol to do the same for that keyframe  I apparently have to do this manually by telling animate CC to do that. With all the keyframe tweaking that i need to do, this has become almost impossible.

Is there a workaround?

I probably explained myself unsufficient.

I wanted the symbol timeline and the main timeline to stay in Sync. This seems hard to do when sliding the keyframes in the main timeline.

After more searching on the internet there seems to be a function for that.

Select the frames/keyframes you want to sync. Right-click and select synchronise symbols. That's it.

If all the lipsync for the entire animation is in the head's timeline, then just change the head symbol from a graphic to a movieclip.

If not, then I have no idea what you're describing.

It sounds like you need to make a graphic symbol for your character then have the head symbol and the body symbol inside that character symbol. If the head animation goes up to 12 frames, you can still make frames that extend it past 12 and set the head symbol in Looping in the Properties panel to Loop. If you have certain keyframes for the body already drawn, you can go to Window > Frame Picker to choose one as a keyframe.
