Connecting to iOS-simulator through Air for iOS settings

Participant ,

Hi,

I tried to connect from a Flash AS3 document, targeted to iPhone/iPad, to the iOS-simulator.

The main reason to want testing this way is that because of the pixel dimensions the app doesnot fit on the computer-screen.

Through the Air for iOS settings I browsed to the iiPhone Simulator.app

After setting the path this way I went to Control > Test Movie > on iOS Simulator

The result was this error-message:

Id: framework not found UIKit

What am I doing wrong?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Sinious,

Now it works. I was wrong targetting the .app

So it should be the .sdk

Path was different because of an older SDK probably.

Thanks
