When I change tools in Animate, the displayed cursor is not what I have selected. It updates only after I have used the tool. For example - if I use the spacebar to access the hand tool, move my screen a bit, then press B to go back to using the brush, the cursor displayed is still the hand tool until I click. The brush tool is activated, meaning the tool itself behaves as the brush, but the cursor is wrong. This is insanely frustrating as the cursor displayed really matters when you're looking to place your pen on the screen. Please help.

I am unable to figure what's happening. This is probably the reason why no one has answered yet. Would it be possible to post a short video or screenshots of what you are seeing?
From what I understood, updating graphic drivers on the device should possibly help. Go to the manufacturer's site and apply any updates.
Thanks,
Preran

You'll note in this video I am switching between the brush tool and the selection tool by pressing "b" or "v" on my keyboard for the shortcuts. You'll also notice that the cursor does not update as I try brushing or selecting objects. All my drivers are up to date.

I'd also like to mention that this is the case with ALL tools - zoom tool, hand tool, anything.
