I recently just encountered this problem with Adobe Animate after going through a pretty lengthy update for my Windows 10. I am currently using a Ugee 1910b drawing monitor, and this problem is getting in the way of my animation work. If there are any solutions to this problem, it would be gladly appreciated if you shared them. Thank you for your time reading this problem.

Can you post a quick video describing the issue? From what I see, it could be one of the things:

- An issue with graphic drivers - visit the manufacturer's site for your graphic drivers and install any pending updates.

- Issue with Adobe Animate: Try restoring preferences Re-create preferences

If both these solutions did not help, provide us with the following info:

- Version of Adobe Animate

- OS you are running Animate on and its version number

Thanks,

Preran
