Adobe have been showing off Illustrator and other tools running in ChromeOS, but my suspicion is that they are adapted versions of the mobile applications, and not some way of squeezing the Windows version into ChromeOS.

One thing to note, ChromeOS can play back SWFs in Chrome, so if the end goal was to produce animations for ChromeOS users to view, that's possible, but you would need to make the animations in Windows or macOS.

your petition and even a more appropriate suggestion to adobe (properly made here, https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html) is unlikely to work, but you're welcome to try.

ChromeOS is a Linux Distrobution. Adobe cannot develop for Linux. Do you see the problem here

You can use Wine for Flash CS5 and older, which is basically Adobe Animate before Adobe Animate.
