ease in logo with adobe animate

I am trying to create an HTML main page with my logo starting blurred and easing in clear and the rest of the background blurring out simultaneously. Please help.

If you make your logo be a movieclip you can apply a blur filter. Same with the background. Then you create a key frame some amount of time later in the timeline. If you right-click in the timeline, between the two keyframes, you can create a Classic Tween.

Once you have got that far, change the settings of the blur filter at each keyframe, and you can get the effect of something coming into or out of focus.
