editing and saving text file in Flash professional

I would like to create a comment page that users can use to see other comments made by other users and make their comment. Looking for a way to retrieve a text file, edit it and save it. I gather that Text Area component does not provide that kind of functionality ( i can retrieve text file, even edit it but unable to save the changes). Can it be done at al, or perhaps is there a Flash extension that will do this? Thanks
