Export to FLV from Animate CC

I am trying to create an animation in Animate CC that will have a transparent background when placed into a Premier Pro. This site says I can export to FLV from Animate, but I cannot find instructions for this. How do I get a transparent animation from Animate to Premier?

If you use File/Export/Export Video... there is a dialog where you can check a box to say Ignore stage color, generate alpha. Do check that box.

Also there is a box for sending the video to Adobe Media Encoder. Uncheck that box.

When you have done the export you will have a large MOV file. Take that into Premiere (you can drag the file straight to the timeline), and it should be transparent wherever there was just stage.
