Exporting from adobe animate not working because adobe media encoder says its nil

I have no idea what to do so i'm hoping this could maybe help. I got the free trial of Adobe Animate today to see if I would want it and I made an animation and I wanted to export it. I went to export, export video/media, chose entire movie (1-50 frames), chose an output specifically for where i would want the animations to go, chose the format to be MP3 and the preset is set to default, and i checked start adobe media encoder. I have media encoder minimized while doing this. I'll start to export it and then its states

"Adobe Media Encoder failed to encode, please check the status in Adobe Media Encoder queue for more details!"

Went to media encoder and clicked on failed on the queue to see why and it states

"Source file: (where animate is on my pc)

Output File: (destination I chose)

Presets used: mp3 128 kbps

Video:

Audio: mp3, 128 kpbs, stereo, 00:00:00:0

Bitrite:

Encoding Time: 00:00:00

(date and time) : Encoding Failed

Encoding failed because the source duration is nil.

"

I have looked through the community and every time I look its for Premiere and I am not using Premier, I am using animate.

I may just have missed something but I truly do not know how to fix this issue so any help would be greatly appreciated on every level.

If an MP4 what you need choose Format: H.264 and Preset: Default (AME) on the export video/media window.
