Exporting Gif File

Hi everyone, i got question to ask. i recently develop a mobile app using Animate Android Air in this Adobe Animate for my final year project. My question is, how can i import the Gif file format into the stage withouth using timeline. I got difficulties to resize the size because they got many frame. i need to resize their size in each frame.

I know you don't want to use a timeline. But what if you took the gif put it into a movieclip, then imported the movieclip with the gif inside it.

That is my suggestion if I am understanding what you are trying to do. If that is not the case. Can you go more into depth of what you are trying to do?
