Hi.

Here is some content that I think will help you get started.

The official help has lot of articles, tutorials, and examples:

https://helpx.adobe.com/support/animate.html

Animate CC also ships with great learning content. Just go to the start screen and select the LEARN option in the top-left corner of the screen.

LinkedIn Learning has some great video courses (mainly the ones from Dermot O' Connor and Joseph Labrecque):

https://www.linkedin.com/learning/

Pluralsight also have some great video courses:

https://www.pluralsight.com/

Carl Schoof, from Snorkl.tv, has some great video courses for beginners:

https://courses.snorkl.tv/

Nick Tilcheff, from EDAP Tools, has some really amazing materials for animators:

You can also search on YouTube. Besides the official channel, there are authors like Chris Georgenes, Alan Becker, Andrea Gerstmann, and BaM Animation that have really great stuff.

Please let us know if you need more references.

Regards,

JC
