Flash 8 distributing to layers not working.

Hello so when i am trying to Flash 8 distribute to layers, every symbol is dissapering and its not working. i will show a video. I really need help with this.

Close every other program that is running in background and try again.

Make sure you close everything, even resident programs, esp. if you're using some kind of clipboard assistant.

When you get it to work try to reintroduce your background programs and test again to identify which one is causing the issue.

Report back your findings to help others in the same situation.
