I have two seperate FLVPlayback objects in Movie Clips inside a MovieClip, my lesson. Have several lessons. I'm using a CDN to play the swf and the videos. The videos are about 2 years old. Sometimes the video plays and sometimes it does not. There is a STREAM link for the CDN to stream videos and I am using that link. On some of my videos they work just fine. Others a COMPLETE event fires before the end, about 4 seconds. Others there is a connection error.
My question is do I need to set something up differently to use the FLVPlayback video component to stream videos?
This has been going on for over 2 months with me and I have tried everything I know to make this work. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!!!! Maybe the light will come on.
THANKS

no, but you might need to do something about whatever cdn you're using.

Thanks, I thought it didn't manner much unless steaming live video and this is not the case. The videos are old, at least two years and I am finding that re-rendering the videos in AF CS6 helps. But my video guy does that. On the CDN (Rackspace) you can get 4 address locations, http, https, httpStream and iOS. It makes since there is something going on with the CDN to me but I can't narrow it down becasue when we re-render 4 videos, 3 out of 4 work perfectly. The 4th was better and cut off at 3 seconds.
I've never had as many video problems as I have had in the past 2 months and it is driving me crazy!!!!
Thanks for the feedback kglad!!!!

you're welcome.
(but if you've been using rackspace for the past 2 months...)
