Frames missing but animation exists

My frames are only showing up as one but whenever I play the animation, it is still all there. How do I bring back my frames? Thank you :,,,)

Possibly your animation is inside a symbol or who knows...

Do you rally expect someone to be able to help you without posting a screen grab or sharing your file?
