We have a number of devices that still require flash for their admin consoles.
As the devices still perform their primary function, finance isn't interested in paying for new devices with little added benefit.
We did have an old machine that had the plugin but the psu blew and cooked the motherboard. Now we are unable to find the harware old enough to run an OS old enough to run a browser old enough to run the plugin.
Please help, I'm begging. I'm desperately in need of flash.

I have kept an old Opera 12, which runs just fine on Windows 10 and runs Flash Player without any difficulty or questions asked.

Where can I find the flash installer? Does opera have issues with old "insecure" ssl protocols?
Thanks so much

I'm sure you'll find copies of the Flash Player plugin floating around.
You can check the Internet Archive's Wayback machine:

I don't think old Opera 12 will have issues with anything old, but again you can try yourself and see.
You may find some useful info in this article also:

I just skimmed through the contents, but it seems to offer detailed instructions how to install an old version of chrome, block updates and run flash player in it.
Good luck!
