Help in creating background like this example....

Hey all, I would like to create this moving background and I'm not sure how to do it. Is this possible for a beginner to do quickly? I'm creating a series of video brochures like this Dropbox - ABX-Micros-ES60-720p.mp4

I have already made a new video but I'd like to add the moving background element instead of a static one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Dave

Ya thats what I was thinking. I just have not used this app before and wasn't sure the learning curve for something like what I want to do. After watching a few tutorials I'll give it a try.

trial and error is a good way to learn to use animate cc.  you can't cause any significant problems with failures so go for it.

I hear you I'm basically trying to recreate the animation as I said and was making sure this was the best way to do that. So far I'm slowly figuring it out. If anybody has any do's and don'ts I'd appreciate it. Thanks
