How can I delay my HTML5 animations from playing before they are in view?

Hello I need something to stop my animations from playing before users scroll down to where they are. I'm currently using Wordpress (with Elementor) and using an iFrame to house the Animate HTML5 canvas. Does anyone know a way via code or plugin to only play or start an animation when it is in view?
