How can I solve Disappearing colors problem?

Hello Everyone, yesterday I was working on animation and I feel some of colors are not supporting. My question is why would some colors of an object disappear when it is converted to a symbol?

is there a particular object (like an imported bitmap) that has problematic colors or everything using a particular color that you create in animate shows the problem or something else?

Hi, Saleena
Click "Change display settings" and then "Advanced settings." Click the "Monitor" tab and under "Colors:" make sure it is set to the highest setting or "True Color." Click "Apply." Don't click "OK" or "Cancel" yet.
