How do I animate the timeline with the swipe up & down on mobile in Animate CC?

Hi everyone!

My project is HTML5 Canvas

I have an animation on my main timeline and I control the animation with the mouse wheel going forward and backwards follownig this solution:

Now I really need help to apply the same solution also with mobile swipe up and down.
