How do I change the icon for an swf file?

I've downloaded several flash games onto my computer, but they don't have icons like image files do, they just show the program they open with. This makes it annoying to sort through them, but I know sfw can have their own icons. I am subscribed to CC so I can download Adobe Animate if I need to, how do I give SWFs custom icons?
