How do I create a survey/form that sends the input data to an email?

I've tried looking this up and theres no real answer, I know how to make a clickable surgery with just images, but without the end result data its pointless to create. How do I create a text filed that will save throughout frames till the end, and then compile all the data and send it to an email (This is for a financing form)

Okay. Let me re-phrase. The software about which you have a question is Adobe Animate, right?

Adobe Animate, is there no function to create a logic based question form (which would be done manually I understand) but to send each input ((answer)) to an email as a spreadsheet of ((answered)) questions

You're going to need a server-side service to do that.
