How do i save the video?

So when i export as video, it saves it but its not a video. and when i try to insert it into media encoder, it doesnt let me put it in

How are you exporting your content to video? You should go to File > Export > Export Video/Media....

Is this what you're doing?

It seems every file in that folder has a file extension except the video you're trying to drop into Media Encoder. Did you rename it? Don't forget to add the file extension at the end.
