How do you build expandable banner ads in Animate CC?

I'd like to learn how to build expandable banner ads in Animate CC, but am having trouble finding any resources that teach it. Has anyone ever come across any step by step tutorials?

I found this one, which was very helpful, but doesn't explain how to animate and then code expanded frame so it plays once opened.
