How do you open/view/convert .fla files without Animate?

I need to convert a .fla file to mp4 but I don't own Animate and my free trial is up. I don't want to spend $20 just to open a file (this is the last time I'll be using Animate) and I'm just wondering if anyone knows any free software that will open flash files. I'm using a mac.

Do you have a SWF version of the same file? If you do you could take that into Premiere or After Effects. Or find a video converter online.

If you only have an FLA, do you know anyone else who does have Animate, or Flash Pro CC? If you don't, I can do the export for you.

You're asking for SWF to try importing to After Effects, but if it's MP4 you need, I could make that too. If you put the FLA online somewhere I'll give you back a SWF and an MP4.
