How do you set the default number of frames for new animate files?

So everytime I start a new scene / file I want there to be 200 frames as default not 1 so I dont have to keep dragging it out. Can't find this info anywhere online

actually, it's easier and faster to do that with a template.

create one (files>save as template) and then use it when starting new projects (under the templates tab).
