How to create effect of amateur stop motion animation jiggles?

I want to create the effect of a child's attempt at stop motion where the object jumps around a little as it moves from A to B.

@n__tilcheff has been very helpful and suggested using nested frames for each symbol (my hope was to be able to use code to get random rotation/movement)

Does something like the extension here: https://exchange.adobe.com/creativecloud.details.101161.html exist for this effect?
