How to fix

Hello! I'm having trouble importing an image from photoshop into animate. Whenever I try to import the photoshop file to the animate stage, the stage turns black and I'm unsure what is going wrong. can you import another ps file into a new fla project?

I tried to import another ps file and that one also had the stage turn back.

i don't see a problem importing a psd file into animate.

how large is the stage of your psd file and your animate stage?

The psd file stage is 1900 and the animate stage is about 1900 aswell.

They also have the same height.

it's the easier way to fix the issue, but selecting the transparent layers and using what i indicated works, too.
