How to link a banner to an URL in animate

I know Animate has a function to create the possibility to link my in Animate made banner to an URL.

I've tried some things myself but the only thing I got is the possibility to double click on my banner, then a new window opened with a popup to the goal URL. Of course that's not what I want. I want people to click on my banner and go to the landingspage.

Who can help me out here in a way even I can understand?

Like I said. I just get a blocked pop-up notice in my browser screen, instead of the possibility to click on my banner.
