How to prevent PNGs from looking grainy?

I find it hard to draw well in Adobe Animate so I like to draw stuff in FireAlpaca.  But often times PNGs look blurry, grainy, and pixelated.  Is there any way to fix this?

Oh, I fixed it.  For some reason Animate set it to count as a JPEG instead of a PNG (yeah, somehow transparent JPEGs can exist) so I went to Properties and changed it to a PNG and it looks a lot better.

Looking blurry and pixelated at the same time is an interesting trick.

Regardless, describe exactly the circumstances under which you're seeing these artifacts.

Also, you can set the images settings in the publish settings.
