How to publish without comments in the code ?

On the HTML5 code, there is a lot of comments like

//This function is always called, irrespective of the content. You can use the variable "stage" after it is created in token create_stage.

That's really boring to remove it, is there an option for this ?

other than snippets panel use, why are comments being added?

I think you will have to remove them. I don't think there is an option to just remove them or publish without them.
