How to put an MP4/PSD animated file/other video file into adobe Animate's timeline

So I made a storyboard animatic in Photoshop with sound using the Timeline window and I also have it as an MP4 file. Now I'd like to export the entire thing to Adobe Animate so I have the audio in it as well as the storyboard to animate over it. I tried putting in the PSD but it put every singe layer in the same position on Animate as a separate layer. I also tried putting it in as an MP4 like in this video: Animate CC 2017, new Video Component, Canvas engl - YouTube  but that only seems to put it into the Flash file and not the viewable in the timeline.

Is there any way to put a video in MP4, PSD or other video format into the Animate timeline?

If you export as a PSD you will not get the audio.

Your best bet would be to export mp4.

Here is a tutorial to get the video in Animate.

Thanks for your answer. On that video he replies to a comment saying that this doesn't work in HTML 5 format and then gives the video I linked in the question as a guide to do so. Is there a way I can get a video in the editor within HTML 5?
