How to Recover Accidentally deleted files

I closed Adobe Animate and accidententally pressed "No" when It asked me if I wanted to save. Is there any Possible way I can recover that file.

This comment is very late, but I tried that and all my computer stuff was erased from my device. I cant really explain what happened, altough I might have found a solution
