Hi.

Which image are you trying to import? And what is the format of this image (.png, .jpeg....)?

Regards,

JC

Best way is to edit the image in something like Photoshop first - remove the white background and then save to PNG-24 format and import to AnCC. But if you don't have a graphics editing program, the other "cheap" solution is to break apart (Ctrl/command + B) the imported image in AnCC and use the eraser tool to remove the unwanted space. Alternatively, you can use the lasso tool to select the unwanted area(s) and hit delete. Note; the bitmap data is still there, just hidden. It works almost like a mask. If you drag the edge of the bitmap (V) you'll reveal the bitmap areas you removed. The edges won't be feathered and it may not look right. Photoshop would provide the best tools and control for this.
