Normally when something says it needs a particular version it means that version or later. This is the page you would go to for the shockwave player installer, which is currently at version 12:

What is Wacom Prom L, and why was it you posted the question about shockwave player in the Adobe Animate forum?

None of those work. I tried all options from 1st post and the second one, after selecting shockwave 12 and still nothing changed. What is going on. One week ago I posted pictures made in Adobe Animate with the help of Wacom software and now, after not making any changes it suddenly says I need to instal something. What is going on?
