HTML 5 publishing slow opening ANIMATE

Hello everyone! I've created an html 5 file on animate that all points to the same page. I have a problem, I tried to load the html + images folder + javascript excluded from the html but the page opening is about 9 seconds. I would like to decrease the page opening a lot how can I do it?

how many mb are you loading and what's your download speed?

I tried loading the file with resources linked with sprite sheets and it is already better. But it is still very slow. The weight of the sign is now about 15mb
