I am having a problem with the scale of the timeline

My Animate program froze and I shut it down. When I opened it back up the scale of the timeline window is 20 frames show up on the smallest allowable scale and 40 on the biggest. This doesn't work for me.

 

 How can I correct it?

Or just resetting your workspace might work.

I thank you both for your response but neither suggestion worked. Nowhere in the /set-preferences.html page does it give any instructions as to how to effect the size of the timeline. I also reset the workspace but the the problem persisted after the reset. The caziest part about the whole thing is I don't know how I got here!

Well, surely you'd didn't set the timeline view mode to Preview under the hamburger menu.
