I can't do anything on the stage

I can't do anything on the stage in the 2022, 2021 or the 2020 version. Using the brush, paint bucket, screen rotate tool or even changing the canvas size doesn't work. I guess it's a glitch or a bug and I realized that many people have asked for help with the same issue but never got a good answer.

How do I fix it?

Since it happens in 3 separate versions, my guess would be that something is wrong with your system.

You should try to update your video drivers and/or your OS.

Also your computer might not match Animate's hardware requirements.

When issues cannot be reproduced, troubleshooting is impossible. That is why such isolated cases are not addressed.

Thank you so much but I made sure that my device has all the requirements for Adobe Animate and that my drivers are up to date

Even for a brief moment before closing the program or using the fluid brush, I can actually see what's happening but other than that, no

I've never seen or heard of this issue in all my years of using this application (since 2000). What are your system specs?

Windows 10, 64 bit, Core i7, 6GB RAM
