I Cannot download Adobe Animate

hello, can't someone help me? when I want to download Adobe Animate it always stops about 92% and after about 5 minutes it throws me an error. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Can I download it when i haven’t got intel procesor? I have Adob procesor.
