i cant download the teachers & students version of Adobe animate cc

So i tried downloading the Student version of Adobe Flash pro (Animate cc) but the buttons are gray and have lowered opacity, i tried going on: find out more, or something like that. and everything was fine until i pressed a button: and the page looped, it sent me back to the same page. what do i do, and how do i buy the Student version of Animate cc?

Please notice that there is a very small form you have to answer before downloading the program.
