do you mean you're having trouble with the eraser tool?  if so what eraser mode are you using and are you trying to use it on objects?

i don't see that issue.  i can see rounded ends when i magnify by 1000%, but at 100%, everything looks as expected:

Hello,

Please check if the Eraser mode is set to Erase Normal.
Screenshot 2021-08-23 at 6.12.56 PM.png

Selecting Round and Projecting cap always will extrude a bit from the end points of stroke which is default behaviour in Animate. Hence when you erase with a smaller size eraser it is hard to notice the cuts made in the stroke.

Screenshot 2021-08-23 at 6.04.35 PM.png

You can use Butt cap in stroke options, to avoid this issue.

Screenshot 2021-08-23 at 6.05.26 PM.png

Also to erase edge of the strokes, please use a bigger eraser and check.

Let us know if you still have issue with a complete screen recording of the same.

Thanks!

We will look into this issue you are facing.

Also as a workaround, please try below steps while removing corner lines and see if it helps.

Thanks!
