In previous versions, the audio was heard when moving the playback head, in new versions it is not and it is very useful.
I have version 22.0
If someone can tell me if there is a way to activate this or something like that, I would greatly appreciate it.

If you're on Windows, go to Help > About Animate....
If you're on Mac, go to Animate > About Animate....

how would i solve the problem?
You need to install an older version. I think v22.0.2 should do the job.

I don't think so.
Version 22.0.3 didn't introduce any new feature.
But don't forget to make a backup of your FLA just in case.
