Hi... I'd love for you to hear your thoughts, feedback and or recommendations with the project I want to undertake.
Quick explanation of what I'd like to make:
1. I have a 300 page graphic novel that I'd like to turn into a motion comic. I don't plan on doing much parallax work... more camera zooms and moves between frames.... Similar to what Comixology and Marvel do with camera moves.
2. I'd like to give viewer the option to leave the motion at anytime and read at their own pace
3. Is it possible to reference a database? Currently the graphic novel is being translated into many different languages. I'd love to be able to populate each "bubble of dialogue" from a database so that a person could easily change what language version they would like to view.
4. I do have sfx and music... will animate cc allow me to embed all this content without bogging down the app?
5. I'd like to deliver via HTML5
Any notes, feedback or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
A more specialized product to create motion comics is MotionArtist: MotionArtist – Motion Comic Software – Smith Micro
It's quite inexpensive, so perhaps also worth investigating.
