I purchased adobe animate by itself but still says "trial ended"

I was working on something prior so i assumed that the transaction when through, when i closed and opened the software again this window popped up, I uninstalled and reinstalled the creative cloud and it still gives me this error, now i dont know what to do

Try uninstalling it and reinstalling it
