I was making a animation, then Flash/Animate crashed. and i lost my progress.

Macromedia Flash 8 doesn't have that

now, save frequently with increasing version number appended to the project name.

periodically close and reopen the latest version. only if it opens can you confirm it's not corrupted and the. you can delete earlier versions.  don't save over a previous version. always update the version number.
