Importing Wav files problem

I'm trying to import a WAV sound file into Flash CS5. The problem is the file appear double in the library.

Because that Flash give me an error message "One or more files were not imported because there were

problems reading them"

I'll appreciate any help on that

Have a look at the solutions in one or more files were not imported because there were problems reading them and let us know if they helped.
