Integrate Flash

How can i integrate flash into wordpress sidebar in my websites [removed by moderator] and [removed by moderator]? Do i need to install any related plugin?

Actually i need to show a contact phone number in both websites which one is a flash.

that's a wordpress issue and you'll get more help on a wordpress forum or use google.

I run a website on the side using Wordpress and if I'm not mistaken all you need is to add a basic Text Widget to your sidebar, then place some html embedding the swf in the text field and it should work.
