Intro video not playing

Hi,

I am creating an app for a kiosk with one intro video that should play automatcly and then some windows with some information that work with simple buttons.

It's working and previewing fine in my Mac but then when I try to publish it for a pc (win projector) the video doesn't work.

Any easy solution for the video to play?

you probably failed to move the video and/or a playback skin.

How I do that?

save your fla to a new directory.

move your video (eg, mp4 file) to that new directory

edit your video (ie, source) path to the video in the new dictory

publish your projector file

move all the files (except the fla) to your win computer.  (eg, exe, video file, skin swf file if you're using an flvplayback component with skin.)

p.s. if you want to avoid sending more than one file to would-be users, use an air file.

That is exactly what I did ...

It works perfect in the Mac, when I try to export it for the pc it opens a white screen... I even created a new file with only the video to make sure that was the problem and it is... I will have to solve it with a sequence of images
