Is Adobe Animate included in the Creative Cloud offer for Black Friday?

Please can anyone tell me if adobe animate is included in the current creative cloud on offer at the moment for black Friday?

Adobe Animate is included in the All Apps plan, which is currently on offer for Black Friday. 

It's also available as the Single App plan, though I don't think that's on special offer at the moment.
